I bring proven project management and leadership capabilities, having served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a metal manufacturing plant overseeing 11 direct report engineering staff. My hands-on technical expertise spans CAD/CAM design using Autodesk Fusion 360, CNC metal prototyping, and 3D printing and prototyping for rapid product development. I have experience integrating ESP32 microcontrollers with motion control systems for advanced automation solutions. My collaborative approach includes brainstorming for product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into manufacturable designs. This combination of leadership, technical skills, and innovative problem-solving enables me to deliver efficient, cost-effective engineering solutions from initial concept through final production.
